5.2/ Revision of the conditions

The rental period for the spaces is broken down as follows:

Any overrun or delay will be charged at 150 € per hour, with a maximum of 2 hours. Any hour started will be due.
Concerning the service:

Beyond these hours, the hotel reserves the right to charge the late arrival of the customer at the rate of overtime and in case of arrival more than 2 hours to cancel the service ordered.

Article 8 : Terms of payment

1/ Deposit
A deposit of 30% (unless otherwise specified in the quote) calculated on the total amount of the event must be paid at the time of confirmation of the reservation. This deposit may be increased to 100% depending on the requirements of the operation, the specificities of the event or exceptional circumstances such as international events, fairs, exhibitions.

2/ Payment deadline
The amount of the deposit(s) will be deducted from the final invoice (balance) subject to the possible application of cancellation fees.
Unless otherwise provided for in the estimate, the balance invoices are payable no later than 30 days end of month. If the client wishes to benefit from a payment delay, he will have to provide a guarantee (cash deposit, joint and several guarantee or first demand guarantee).
In case of disagreement on a part of the invoice, the customer is obliged to pay without delay the part not disputed and to indicate in writing the reason for the dispute.
It is reminded here that the sums paid in advance will not bear interest. Likewise, an advance payment will not be eligible for a discount.

3/ Individual payment

Article 13 : Banquets

Finally, it is reminded that children who may participate in the event are under the sole responsibility of their parents and/or the client.
It is reminded that the client cannot bring the catering for the event, either in whole or in part. If the client wishes to take away some of the uneaten food at the end of the banquet, he/she is entirely responsible for it, without any possible recourse against the hotel.

Article 14 : Complaints and disputes
